I had the pleasure of speaking at some really lovely events. One of which was The Run Like a Girl Event hosted in Midway at the Zermatt Resort and Spa. I lead a group of women through my stretching routine. There are some photos below!

There is no going back to my old ways. This new-found awareness has really helped me to tune in to my posture and gait during running, even to issues we have not specifically covered during the sessions.
