I recently took Sharon’s golf workshop in anticipation of my first day out on the course. Before my game, I went through some of the exercises we worked on in the workshop to loosen up my back for better rotation. I ended up hitting the ball consistently further than I ever had before, and I found for once my back never hurting during or after I played. Needless to say, these exercises will become a permanent part of my pre-game warm-up.

I attended one of Sharon's hiking workshops. That particular weekend I was caring for my friends' dogs. While walking them I found it very difficult to climb the hill on the road near my house.
