Sharon is a healer in the true sense of the word. She possesses remarkable “ hands-on” skills which permitted me to see and feel the capacities of my body. She always provided me with homework which gave me insight into a new way of moving. Most importantly, Sharon listened to my story and directed her therapy toward my goals and my needs rather than on any preconceived plan which she had formulated. Each visit, she met me where I was and helped me become aware of my potential both physically and mentally. I am deeply appreciative for her guidance and I will always return to her when my body needs redirecting.
