This Workshop was held on November 8th, 2014, at the Silver Mtn. Sports Club & Spa/Kimball Junction, Park City, Utah.  The lessons

will help you develop an awareness of your “Core”muscles running from your rib cage down to the pubic bone.  The flyers handed out are to cover al the Ball exercises to engage your “core” & Hamstrings.  Enjoy!

Sports Club, Kimball Junction, Park City, Utah.  The lessons implement “key core” abdominal muscles needed to generate more strength and power for improved posture while walking, hiking, and or running.  In addition, to develop the power needed in you arms and upper back while understanding the connection between extension of the spine and a strong core.

This worship was held May 5, 2012 at Silver Mtn. Sports Club, Kimball Junction, Park City, Utah.  The lessons are about freeing up your hip joints, hamstrings, trunk, & lower back/pelvic area from the ski season.  By learning how to lengthen out your muscles while freeing up your joints, you will regain strength and power back into those overused areas. From this workshop you will have a greater sense of fluidity while spinning on the bike, consistent stability for powerful hiking, and greater agility and stability providing the power and strength for awesome running.

Cyclist Workshop, Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa, 2010

This workshop was held April 17, 2010 at Silver Mtn. Sports Club, Kimball Junction, Park City, Utah. The lessons introduce clarity around the differentiation between the lower ribs, pelvis, and hips joints. In addition, the lessons develop the ability to soften the chest/sternum allowing freedom in the lower ribs and pelvic area. Applications were made to being on the bike.
